Terms & Conditions

For online classes

Students are responsible for providing a safe environment in which to complete the class. This includes, but is not limited to: non-slip flooring, enough space for extensions in all directions and enough height to jump (including mini-trampoline jumps for relevant classes), non-faulty equipment such as therabands etc. Assistance will be provided where possible for technical difficulties. Please ensure you have a strong wifi connection where you plan to do the class. See also point 3. Private secure recordings of the classes are provided for all signed up class participants only (including dancers who have had to leave early due to a class clash or poor wifi connection, or who were unable to attend due to a scheduling clash). These are neither searchable nor shareable, and you need to be logged into your Ballet Physio account, via our website, in order to view the recordings.

For in-person classes

Danceworks requirements include arriving 5 minutes before the class, and leaving immediately after. Toilets are open but showers/changing rooms are not, so please arrive dressed for class. Face coverings are required on public transport en route to Danceworks and whilst in the building (except within studios) and please sanitise your hands on arrival at reception. Strict social distancing guidelines are enforced – parents please go no further than reception to avoid overcrowding in hallways. Studios are strictly socially distanced and students will be asked to use antibac wipes to clean any equipment used. Dancers bags/belongings should be kept to a minimum and will be stored along studio walls (not touching other students’ belongings).

Please do NOT attend if you have symptoms of covid19 or have been asked by NHS Test and Trace to isolate. Instead contact Caroline on admin@balletphysio.com to cancel and arrange an exchange.
