Junior Classes are aimed at dancers aged 8-10 years, with a good background and understanding of ballet. Senior Classes are aimed at vocational ballet students aged 11-18. All classes are designed in an age-appropriate way to help dancers who are seeking to improve their facility (ie the natural areas of strength and flexibility in the body).
All new dancers are required to have a New Class Assessment prior to the first class – this is a 15 minute 1 – to – 1 with Luke where he assesses your suitability for classes. A New Class Assessment will automatically be added to your basket when you choose a class to attend if you do not already have an account with us. We will then be in touch to arrange a time with you. Alternatively, you can reach us on our contact page to schedule it.
Yes! As all classes are recorded for class participants, you can catch up on the replay and join us live afterwards. All dancers registered in the class will have private access to the secure recording of the class via the Ballet Physio portal. This can be found in the members area of the website as will be available to view for two weeks after the class.
Please log into your member area via the website. When you select the relevant class, you will see the class recording available to view. This will be on your account for two weeks.
We have introduced a new cancellation policy to bring us in line with our venues’ policies. We also want to ensure that we are able to see injured dancers on our waiting lists as soon as possible.
If there’s something we haven’t covered in our FAQs please get in touch by using the email form on our contact page.
