Let's build jumps that are faster, higher, and last the distance! Every dancer wants to either have faster footwork in petit allegro, bigger jumps in grand allegro, or to be able to maintain their hard-won form for longer in allegro. Join us for a fun class to get you puffy and learn some helpful tricks for using your body at its best.
  • Strengthen the skill which causes the most ballet injuries
  • Improve control of your landings
  • Increase your elevation off the floor
  • Boost your endurance so your technique continues to shine at the end of an exercise and not just the start!
All classes are recorded and you have private access to the secure reply of the class via your Ballet Physio Account.   If you are new to the Ballet Physio, please ensure you also add 'New Class Assessment & Fundamental Conditioning - Senior' to your basket.
