Senior Festive Fitness – Christmas Classes 2024 – Friday 20th December (1 day pass)

Fit over Christmas! We build cardio stamina and muscular endurance so you can show off your hard-won technique for longer in class! Our stocking is packed full of Christmas music, fun, laughs, and way too much tinsel.

Boost your heart rate, make the muscles burn in all the right places while we share some festive fun.

With different options for high impact loading to keep your bones and tendons used to jumps, or no impact versions of the exercises if you’re not jumping at the time.
