In-person 1/2 Hour Follow Up

A half hour face to face session is useful for progressing exercises or hands-on treatment, or addressing the issues of putting it all together in class.

We also have hour-long follow ups available if you want to make sure we have time for all of the above, but if your focus is on one of these areas then a half hour consultation works well in a busy schedule!

Here you can pre-purchase your face to face consultation at Danceworks or Pineapple. Please note dancers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
