Pre-Course Assessment & Check-ins

We’re happy to have you start this journey with us!

Here is some important information about the course:

To make sure you’re seeing the full benefits of the course, we need to arrange check-ins after weeks 2, 4, and 6. These can just be a video review – you record a short clip and upload to the course portal for Luke to provide feedback. This needs no further planning.

However if you’d prefer a zoom check-in, these need to be booked in order to secure a time that fits into both our calendars. We strongly recommend booking these all in upfront to avoid any delays to your programme.

(Note – changes to pre-booked check-ins are possible up to 24 hours beforehand, or for late cancellations we would require a video check in instead.)

Each check-in needs to take place before the dancer can continue on the course.
